It is my belief as a spiritual coach, but first and foremost spiritual student, that your intention will dictate your outcome. If you have sex with the intention that it’s powerful then you will create a euphoria of power. But If you believe that sex is shameful, then you will be trapped in stories of guilt and shame.

What if I told you that you can use sex as a magical tool for manifestation? Whether sex has been something enjoyable or without purpose, I am going to teach you how to harness the power of sex magic to manifest your desires. Are you ready to dive in?
What Is Sex Magic?
Sex magic is the intentional practice of solo or partnered sex for manifestation.
This concept taps into the energy of your reproductive organs. Biologically speaking, your reproductive organs are designed for birth and creation. As a woman, your womb and vagina are the centers in which you grow and deliver your baby.
Whether or not you decide to have children, energetically this space (also known as your sacral chakra) is a hub for birth and creation, figuratively as well. As a woman, this is where your life force energy resides. This is the birthplace of ideas, new opportunities, and your desires. Your ideas start as seeds here and grow until they come to fruition.
Sex magic is the art of acknowledging this power that naturally resides within you and utilizing it to manifest.
Not only can you use this practice as a catalyst for manifestation but it can also help reclaim your sexual nature.
We have been taught as a society that sex is shameful. But by reclaiming this act with love and using it as a tool of empowerment and creation; it begins to heal this disregarded part of the collective.
Sexuality and pleasure are normal parts of being a human and a woman. You have the natural desire to experience pleasure through the senses. So why not use this power to purposefully design your dream life?

How Does Sex Magic Work?
Sex magic is performed by channeling your sexual feelings (arousal and orgasm) into your desires through visualization. As your arousal builds, focus intensely on your intention. This expansive life force energy that you are tapping into is multiplying your focus and desires. It’s like the saying, “Where focus goes, energy flows.”
Sex magic is also powerful because it helps you get out of your head and into your body which makes embodying your desires easier.
How to Practice Solo Sex Magic
*I recommend trying this practice first by yourself before trying it with a partner.
Choose your intention/desire. What are you calling into your life? Be specific as possible.
Visualize a bubble of white light surrounding you, protecting you from non-beneficial energy.
Remove distractions: Turn off tech. Turn off porn. Dim the lights.
Optional: start in front of a mirror.
Begin caressing your body softly as you visualize your desire. This could be light nail scratches, massaging, or hugging while swaying.
Breathe slowly and deeply as you fall deeper into a meditative state.
From here follow your bliss by either continuing to caress your body or beginning to masturbate.
Continue to focus on your intention. Think about how you will feel when you have the thing you desire. Will you feel grateful? Calm? Safe? Tap into that feeling then turn the volume up as your arousal builds.
As you approach an orgasm (if at all), focus intensely on your desire. And as you release, affirm that it is yours. Sit in that feeling of gratitude and knowing that it is already yours.
Finish with your regular aftercare. Ex. wrapping yourself in a blanket, taking a shower, or practicing self-massage.

How to Practice Sex Magic With a Partner
Performing sex magic with a partner is very similar to solo sex magic. The only difference is the intertwining of two energies. For this reason, clear communication must be prioritized between both partners.
Choose your intention/desire as individuals or as partners. What are you calling into your life? Be specific as possible. This is a good time to sit down with your partner and discuss your intentions along with your expectations. If you are performing this with someone who has never done this before, be sure to describe the process and establish safe words.
Visualize a bubble of white light surrounding both of you, protecting you from all non-beneficial energy.
Remove distractions: Turn off tech. Turn off porn. Dim the lights.

If you desire to do so, you can actively speak about your manifestations during this process by describing your desires or using affirmations. Since this practice is your own, do what feels good!
Breathe slowly and deeply as you fall deeper into a meditative state.
From here follow your bliss by either continuing to caress each other’s body or begin foreplay or sex.
Continue to focus on your intention. Think about how you will feel when you have the thing you desire. Will you feel grateful? Calm? Safe? Tap into that feeling then turn the volume up as your arousal builds.
As you approach an orgasm (if at all), focus intensely on your desire. And as you release, affirm that it is yours. Sit in that feeling of gratitude and knowing that it is already yours.
Finish with your regular aftercare. Ex. checking in with your partner, cuddling, or taking a shower.
